I'm back, the midterm elections, and what is going on again? 

(Otherwise known as the same song keeps on playing in Washington, D.C.)

     Okay, well.....I know it has been over two years since my last post on my blogger page. Here, it is already November of 2014, with many changes since then in May of 2012 of my last post. Although, it seems that in the world of American politics it is just more of the same usual game being played in Washington, D.C. If you might wonder for the reason for the absence of my posts in that time, I can only say that I kind of gave up before. I was disillusioned by the stupidity of what the state of politics were in this nation. I am shocked that most US citizens decide not to vote in elections more and more every year, with this midterm election having 2/3rds deciding that it was not important for their voices to be heard! Then again, I suppose I can understand that fact, because it just seems that no matter who we vote for, the same thing happens every election cycle. Oh, this year the Democrats lost their power in the Senate......the last midterm election the Republicans lost it before. I assume with this trend that the next President will be a Republican in 2016......because they seem to take turns in the game of DC politics. We, the people of the USA are clearly the losers in this crazy game.

Now, a day after the Nov. 4th midterm elections all of the politicians, both winners and losers, pretty much were saying the same exact things. This election shows that the American people are upset with division in our capital. We all need to work together to get the job done for this country. Both the Dems and Repubs will work together now and act all friendly after one of the worst negative attack ad campaigns thrown on the airwaves across the country. Yeah, sure.....I'm not buying that at all, and you know I was right. Since.....

Of course, on day 2 after the elections, the tune has changed dramatically! The new Republican leader of the Senate, Mitch McConnell is already talking about his # 1 priority will be to repeal the Obamacare healthcare act.....yet again, they will try to work as hard as they can to get rid of healthcare reform only because it has Obama's name on it, or because they didn't think of it in the first place, or because the big businesses don't like it as it stands, or because health insurance companies aren't making enough money from it. Take your pick. I think it is probably all of the above.

Then, on the Democratic side..... President Obama is talking about pushing forward on the issue of immigration amnesty reform going so far as to say he will issue a executive order if necessary because the Congress refuses to act on it. I am wondering how that can be a legal move, since the last time I checked it is still illegal to be here in the USA  without a proper naturalization process, visa, or green card. Only, from all I have heard in the news, the immigration laws are not even being enforced like they should be as they were written. Oh well.....so much for that idea of "We are going to work together" thing they were just talking about the day before! I knew the friendly atmosphere between them wouldn't last that long, really.

Okay, that concludes my rant of the day.....for the time being. I will post again soon when I have more apathy and anger boiling within me about the next idiotic thing that I hear of coming out of the DC swamp morass of our great nation. I have a strange feeling that I won't have to wait that long before I hear of something worthy of my tirade against which I will have to throw my words onto this blog.

This is my comment that I left about the painting and what I thought it represents to any true American Patriot left in this nation. We all need to wake up to what is going on to our country.....and then at least get mad about it!

This quote is so appropriate in our time of history now that America is hurtling toward a Socialistic form of government that makes peaceful protest and free speech a Felony "trespassing" criminal charge on the grounds of public government buildings. The government claims sweeping powers to nationalize any food, energy, labor, infrastructure, etc. private  companies in ANY case; national emergency, wartime, peacetime. These public servants are not working for the people of America when they stifle free speech, criminalize everything we do, and burn our Constitution in front of our eyes and tell us to obey without question.

I like this true American Patriot, Jon McNaughton.....who as an artist will express his opinion so eloquently in the form of paintings to protest the selling out of our nation. Future historians only need to look at these paintings to understand why America was weakened and destroyed from the inside out by the very ones who swore an oath to uphold and defend our Constitution when they took office.

I don't care who any of you vote for in 2012.....just that you go and vote to make your voice heard! The fewer people of the nation that pick our next President will ensure that the power stays as a status quo. We are so doomed.......just as Rome eventually was.....history repeats itself!

The NDAA law just passed and a silly Gitmo cartoon.

This comment post here is again from the Activist Post, the site being at the forefront of US freedom issues. It has a great cartoon video made by the 2010 Pulitzer-winner Mark Fiore about the new NDAA law just passed on DEC. 31st and signed by President Obama. Watch it whenever you can, it is very short.....and will have you laughing about a serious subject to patriots all over the country.

Now.....that is funny! While the situation of the denial of all Americans rights and the shredding of the constitution is not at all funny. So, just judging from the Daily Show & The Colbert Report from the Comedy Central channel, comedians such as Lenny Bruce & George Carlin, and this video by Mark Fiore.....we citizens in the US will learn more about our government only through the inventive genius of comedy. So sad that this is the best way for the facts to get out there to the brainwashed masses who otherwise must stick their heads into the ground (that of course being the entertainment industry & the MSM media)!

Escalating Cyber War Spells Trouble for Internet Freedom

This article is great in debating what is happening with the government's war against the internet and the Anonymous attacks in retaliation to the bring down of Megaupload. I have not thought to consider some of the points raised by the author, so we do not really know who is behind the scenes in either case. I do think I know that the large entertainment industry is the one pushing for SOPA and PIPA, although we will never know who is Anonymous.....because they are truly unknown hacktivists. I still support their efforts in part, only because they continue to support their beliefs & draw attention with their skills that I wish I had barely messing around with computers. This internet experiment must stay open & free if we want the MSM press and the propaganda of the US government to not be the only "facts & truth" being put out there for us citizens.

Okay.....from what I have read around the internet about this, it seems that SOPA & PIPA is not really needed for the American government to take care of copyright infringement. This is a company that is not based in the USA, it provides online cloud storage to people (both good & bad) and most likely did something personal to our government to earn itself as a target. Now I am seeing another report on the web news site USA - RT..... http://rt.com/usa/news/anonymous-doj-universal-so... ..... that the hacktivist organization Anonymous has taken down many US government & entertainment industry websites in response to the Megaupload attack. When will "our" supposed government representatives realize that it does not matter what they try to do in shredding the rights & freedoms of the constitution of the USA! Someone who stands up to fight against tyranny & oppression will always be a true patriot in my eyes.

Congress moves the vote of SOPA!

I posted this comment that follows in the next paragraph from the blog by Gary North called The Tea Party Economist tonight to express my joy in the fact that Congress is showing signs of backing away from the anti-constitutional internet freedom killing SOPA & PIPA bills that were due for a vote this month on the 24th of January. I also want to advise caution, because they will try again to sneak this stuff through as amendments on future bills. The freedom of the internet gives all of us an alternative source to the mainstream news media, which are all only interested in promoting their version of the news to let us know only the scrubbed versions of what is going on around the world. This small victory just shows what the people coming together can do to protest whatever is being done in what is supposed to be our government only there to serve its people. Remember that money is power…..and power corrupts absolutely!

Well, I am surprised as that cat taking a car ride in that popular YouTube internet video! I just cannot believe that “We the People” finally made our voice count to getting Congress to listen to what we really want and it somehow worked in the end. I suppose the career politicians got scared that if they passed this legislation in the current form that maybe they might lose their jobs in the process. Make no mistakes, though……they will try again in a few months to sneak these ideas through in some way when this attention all dies down. The USA’s citizens must be ever vigilant to do everything we can to protect our freedom of speech, so the traitors to liberty cannot continue their attempts of shredding of our Bill of Rights & the Constitution. We Must Fight the Power!

Hello fellow internet datastream travellers!

I am here to talk about freedom in all forms it may take. On the internet, in our lives, and especially in our homes! I will use this blog to post information pertaining to the people, companies, lobbyists, government public representatives and whomever may want to restrict our rights that are working to stop this nation from being the constitutional founded republic that it once was in the not so far past. I will post links to other great websites to share information, and also I will post the many comments I make around the web in relation to discussion on many different subjects important to all of us on this green & blue planet called earth. Since I am an American, I will be a little biased about my country & my government.....I hope that is to be expected somewhat. Give me time, and I will create what I can to fight with my free voice to uphold what this country is supposed to represent as our founding forefathers intended over 200 years ago. We can become great as a nation again.....only if we all rise up to become the true patriots that are needed to fight the traitors and false nationalists trying to destroy the USA. Fight the power!
